Before & After School Programs
The School of the Incarnation offers a Before and After Extended School Program (ESP). The following is general information about the program. Please consult the ESP Parent Handbook for additional information.
ESP Hours
- Before-school care: 6:30am-8:00am
- After-school care: 3:00pm-6:00pm
- Inclement Weather Hours: 8am-10am (2 hour delay) and 4-6pm (early dismissal for weather)

Registration
Register for the Extended School Program here. A registration form must be completed for each child enrolled.
Snacks
Children who attend the morning program may bring breakfast with them to school. Parents should provide each child with a snack to be eaten after school. Snacks will not be provided; therefore, parents should let children know what food in the lunchbox is to be saved for snack. On early dismissal days, children must bring their own lunch as there is no cafeteria service.
Other Information:
An Extended School Parent Handbook and Emergency Contact Card are available to parents enrolled in the ESP. The daily schedule and a school calendar of special ESP activities will also be provided.
