Building the Faith, Building the Future

We launched the public phase of the Building the Faith, Building our Future Capital Campaign in January 2025. Since then, through the generosity of many, we have reached our initial goal of 2.1 million dollars. This was a proud moment when we, as a community, recognized the solid foundation upon which this school was founded and looked forward to a future filled with hope and promise. The time had arrived for us to build upon our legacy and expand our campus facilities for the first time in over 20 years!

In September 2025 we celebrated the groundbreaking of our new 6,000 square foot cafeteria and renovations to Marian Hall as a community! It was truly a joyful celebration of faith, community, and the future we are building together! As we look forward to the opening of the new cafeteria and renovated Marian Hall in the fall of 2026, we know that our work is not done. Rising material costs have impacted the project, and the need to continue raising funds remains. But we are not discouraged.

This community has shown time and again that when we come together in faith and in purpose, there is nothing we cannot accomplish. We invite you to continue walking alongside us as we finish what we started and ensure that School of the Incarnation remains a place of excellence, faith, and opportunity for every student who walks through our doors. Together, we are building more than a cafeteria. We are building the future!

Construction of a new dedicated cafeteria space off of the southeast corner of Marian Hall will provide a beautiful space for students to gather for lunch. This space will include the construction of a new, fullservice kitchen, a large vestibule, an additional restroom facility, an outdoor gathering and dining space on the east side of the building, and a new primary playground and landscaping. This new space will alleviate the demands on Marian Hall and provide a flexible space suitable for smaller student performances, parent meetings, community events, and after school programs.

Marian Hall is truly the heart of the school building. Each and every day within these walls of our school community of over 800 individuals, as well as many parents, gather to start their day in prayer and in community. This project will undertake a complete renovation and refurbishment of the gym and stage in Marian Hall to support and enhance our athletic, fine arts and enrichment programs.
