A New & Improved Dining Experience
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new cafeteria in the fall of 2026! This beautiful new space will allow us to deepen our commitment to the safety and well-being of our students, as nutrition is fundamental to overall health and wellness.
Our new cafeteria will feature:
- Approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of new space.
- Seating for 192 children
- A full service kitchen
- A spacious entry vestibule
- Outdoor dining and gathering space
Students have the option of purchasing lunch or bringing their own.
School of the Incarnation is a peanut free campus.
Beginning in September 2026, Gill Grilling will officially take over operations of our brand-new kitchen facilities as SOTI’s food service partner! Gill Grilling is stepping into the kitchen with a clear mission: to elevate our dining experience and deliver a program the entire community can be proud of.
Some highlights of the new program include:
- 24 Years of Proven Educational Expertise: Over two decades of specialized dining management for schools and summer camps, paired with deep personal roots as a fellow SOTI family.
- Expanded Daily Choices: Broad menu options including rotating daily specials, combo meals, garden bar, and versatile a la carte selections.
- A Commitment to Scratch Cooking: An upgraded menu prioritizing fresh, raw ingredients and on-site preparation, completely replacing standard pre-packaged convenience foods.
- Convenient Mobile Technology: A full web and app infrastructure allowing for easy family account management, menu viewing, and meal pre-ordering.
